Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure seamless operations.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards and local health and sanitation regulations.
- Guest Satisfaction: Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns to ensure a positive experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
- Operational Efficiency: Coordinate maintenance and repair services, dry cleaning, and valet services to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
