The Housekeeping Manager at Hospitality Inn Hotel plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our establishment. This position requires a dedicated individual who can lead a team and ensure that all housekeeping operations run smoothly.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
This role is situated in a hotel, motel, or resort setting, which can be fast-paced and demanding.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the selection and procurement of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and their teams.
- Conduct inspections of assigned areas to ensure standards are met.
- Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain high levels of service.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services as needed.
- Maintain an inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
- Manage in-house laundry services efficiently.
- Schedule and assign duties to housekeeping personnel.
- Oversee dry cleaning and valet services.
- Ensure adherence to local health and sanitation regulations.
- Address and resolve guest complaints effectively.
This position requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
