We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Hospitality Inn Hotel. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure seamless operations.
- Guest Satisfaction: Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
