Strategic Vice President, Organizational Development

Job Overview
The Vice President, Building Sciences will be a catalyst for change, igniting passion, engagement, and peak performance across the organization. Reporting to the President and CEO, this senior leader will partner with stakeholders to drive organizational change and champion strategic deliverables that empower staff, build future leadership capacity, ensure staff wellness and resiliency, establish equity, diversity, and inclusion best practices, and maintain strong labour relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a dynamic and innovative health human resources strategy that anticipates emerging workforce needs and champions unique approaches to health human resources planning and talent maximization.
- Continue to champion key strategic deliverables that foster a high-performance culture, celebrate people, build future leadership capacity, ensure staff wellness and resiliency, establish equity, diversity, and inclusion best practices, and maintain strong labour relations.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have progressive senior leadership experience in healthcare and/or a similarly complex environment/sector. A recognized senior executive with a strong commitment to introducing innovative people best practices and inspiring a high-performance culture, they will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Additionally, they will have a proven track record of building relationships and championing key strategic initiatives.
About You
