About the Role

This senior leadership position will be pivotal in embodying our mission and values, ensuring the successful execution of our People Strategy, and advancing our commitment to employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have progressive experience in healthcare or a complex environment, demonstrating strategic leadership skills, innovation, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Foster a culture of continuous learning and support organizational mission and professional development opportunities to optimize workforce health and wellbeing.
  2. Promote a mission-driven, ethical, and compassionate culture that fosters shared values, and a commitment to service.
  3. Champion innovative approaches that empower staff and advance corporate strategic alignment within a dynamic healthcare environment.
  4. Develop and execute a dynamic and innovative health human resources strategy that anticipates emerging workforce needs.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record of progressive senior leadership experience in healthcare or a similar environment.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams and fostering collaborative cultures.
  • Strategic leadership skills, including the ability to engage, motivate, and mentor employees.
  • Demonstrated commitment to introducing innovative people best practices and inspiring a high-performance caring culture.
About Our Organization
