Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Vice-President - Financial, Communications and Other Business Services to join our team at JACK FILLED FOREIGN EXCHANGE INC. This is a key leadership position that requires strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive business growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs, authorizing the establishment of major departments, and representing the organization in negotiations and official functions. They will also oversee the selection of middle managers, directors, and other executive staff, as well as establish financial and administrative controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority to them, and create optimum working conditions.
  • Conduct performance reviews.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
