Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in Canada. As a key member of our Customer Growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

About the Role

  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales pipelines to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure Carbon Clean remains competitive and innovative.

About You

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and methodologies, including CRM software and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales management, team leadership, and performance optimization.
  • A passion for innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainability, with a deep understanding of the carbon capture industry.
