We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Order Support Coordinator to join our Best Buy Business team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the ordering process through various sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor sales channels for new incoming orders and ensure they meet Best Buy Business order processing requirements.
  • Lead discussions with Buy Business Account Management and Best Buy Business Customer Service teams to resolve issues.
  • Ensure product tracking details are systematically updated within internal/external systems.
  • Use expertise to resolve escalated issues with internal/external partners.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to update sales processing tools.
  • Provide weekly progress updates on all open orders to account managers.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years Retail experience.
  • 1-3 years Administrative experience.
  • 1-3 years experience in the Business to Business environment.
  • 3-5 years Retail Experience/Process Improvement Experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
