Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Laura-Jo Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the flow of information within the team and ensure effective communication
- Supervise other workers and provide guidance and support as needed
- Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to employee questions and complaints
- Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
- Maintain and manage digital databases and perform data entry
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, work in a team environment, and demonstrate flexibility and reliability
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, SharePoint, QuickBooks, and Google Drive
This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre or clothing/textile manufacturing company.
