Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Agos Immigration Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as arrange travel and make reservations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings and seminars.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
