Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Intel Corporation. As a key member of our HR organization, you will play a critical role in driving business success by developing and implementing effective human resource strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influencing Business Outcomes: Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business results, improve employee engagement, and enhance organizational performance.
  • HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement HR programs, policies, and processes that support business objectives.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee communications.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze HR data to inform business decisions, develop metrics to measure HR program effectiveness, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership, talent management, and HR operations.
  • Skills: Proven ability to influence business outcomes, develop and implement HR strategies, and drive business results. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex HR concepts to non-HR stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR).
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically.
