About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Equitable Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes and supporting the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including talent management, organizational design, and change management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement HR programs and initiatives that drive business results
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and HR teams
  • Conduct analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic HR initiatives
  • Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives, including talent development, organizational effectiveness, and change management
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes that support business objectives

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in HR or a related field, with a focus on talent management, organizational design, and change management
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes and supporting organizational growth and development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the financial services industry
