About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Alpine Irrigation. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of our grounds and landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities, including labor and material estimates.
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work, ensuring high-quality results and timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs, and administer contracts as needed.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies to support maintenance operations.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a 40-hour workweek.
  • English language proficiency.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Standing for extended periods is a requirement of this role.
