Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at CTC Golf and Turf. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our golf courses and ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, and fertilizing.
  • Plan and estimate labor and materials for maintenance projects.
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work, including planting, mulching, and irrigation system installation.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs to track maintenance activities and identify areas for improvement.
  • Tender and administer contracts for maintenance services and materials.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
