Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely information to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment, requiring staff to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity. The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with physical demands associated with working in a kitchen environment.
