Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, including maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Training: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You must be able to work under pressure and be physically demanding.
