Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
