We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisor, Indigenous to join our team within the Indigenous and Stakeholder Engagement and Information Management (ISEIM) group at WSP Global Inc.

A day in the life of this role involves leading teams, overseeing multiple projects, developing strategies that align with company goals, consulting with various stakeholders, writing and editing communication materials, facilitating stakeholder meetings, identifying areas for process optimization, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.

This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent written communication abilities, knowledge of Indigenous history, culture, and governance, and experience working in the resource or energy infrastructure sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years' work experience, a Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, business management, or a related field, and exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
