Niagara's Finest Thai is seeking a skilled and courteous Host / Delivery Driver to join our team at Vintage Hotels.

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and efficient individual to assist in delivering take-out orders to our customers. As a Host / Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a company-provided delivery vehicle, and maintaining accurate cash handling and point of sale equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Greet customers in person or over the phone with a friendly and polite demeanor.
  • Report any issues with the delivery vehicle to the Kitchen Manager.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and operate point of sale equipment efficiently.
  • Report any quality issues with food products to the Executive Chef/Restaurant Manager.
  • Adhere to safe and hygienic food handling practices at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Availability to work weekdays and holidays, with some weekend shifts required.
