We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative - Account Growth to join our team at WellnessLiving Systems Inc. as an Outbound Account Executive.

About the Role:

As a Business Development Representative - Account Growth, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Place outbound calls to prospective clients to discuss their needs and pain points, and to sell WL software and demonstrate our value proposition.
  • Participate in the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, and develop and maintain lasting relationships within assigned accounts.
  • Promote and maintain the organization's brand image and awareness of new products and services to accounts.
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
  • Work with other departments of the organization where required, and be held accountable for personal and team sales goals, reporting on sales activities and KPI's.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant sales experience within the software industry.
  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or in a similar capacity, managing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills – both in verbal and written correspondence.
  • Strong customer service orientation and client-facing experience.
  • Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
