Residential Field Sales Representative

As a Residential Field Sales Representative, you'll play a vital role in our Residential team, working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that fit their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

Elevate the customer experience through friendly and professional connections

Build and nurture positive relationships with customers, ensuring Rogers remains their go-to brand for residential services

Sell a range of products, including TV, Internet, Home Phone, and wireless, directly to customers through door-to-door marketing activities

Offer customized Rogers solutions to customers, applying a consultative approach

Organize exciting marketing events and selling programs through face-to-face or virtual interactions

What You'll Bring:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish connections with customers, clients, and team members

Sales motivation and the ability to thrive in a revenue-driven environment, overcoming objections and working independently to achieve strategic sales goals

Demonstrated commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs

Negotiation skills, with the ability to handle customer objections

Experience managing schedules and booking client meetings

A valid Canadian driver's license and a reliable vehicle for regional business use
