Position Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team and contribute to the growth of the renewable energy industry. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting residential homes to educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy, generating interest and excitement about our products and services, and collaborating with engineers to create customized solar proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit residential homes to educate homeowners about solar energy and our products and services.
  • Generate interest and excitement about Firefly Solar's offerings.
  • Collaborate with engineers to create accurate and customized solar proposals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and commission goals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn and understand technical information about solar energy systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $500.00-$1,500.00 per day
