Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative and Sales Associate to join our team at SHAAN TRUCK SALES LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering queries, and meeting sales targets.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Representative and Sales Associate, you will be expected to:

  • Answer customer inquiries regarding products and services offered by the company;
  • Process transactions, handle cash, cheques, credit card or automatic debit payments;
  • Operate a cash register and prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts;
  • Provide advice on merchandise and promote products, sales, or services;
  • Perform data entry tasks;
  • Provide top-notch customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs);
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays;
