Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer service and a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates and management staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, manage inventory, and maintain a strong visual merchandising presentation.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Financial Management: Manage store budgets, control expenses, and achieve sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong analytical and financial management skills.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
This is a full-time position, working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
