Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff supervision, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by training and motivating staff to provide a positive shopping experience.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, and manage marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff.
- Financial Management: Manage store budgets, monitor sales and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Supervision: 5-10 people.
- Security and Safety: Bondable.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Adaptability, analytical, integrity, positive attitude, proactive, time management, client focus, judgement, organized, team player, ability to multitask.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
