About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our Customer Experience Marketing team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support the growth of our Customer Services & Support business
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a world-class customer experience that strengthens our brand and drives new and repeat business
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that incorporate strong analytical measurement capabilities and support business objectives
  • Optimize marketing channels to achieve strategic objectives
  • Suggest innovative solutions to communicate with our target audience
  • Lead the governance of major marketing projects through rigorous project management and regular meetings with management levels
  • Implement tracking and reporting strategies to analyze campaign performance
  • Support business revenue objectives through the execution of marketing strategies to drive lead generation activities
  • Develop strong relationships with executives and other key stakeholders within the organization
  • Evaluate campaign analytics to analyze KPIs, identify end-user patterns, and make recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Manage the budget for the Customer Experience Marketing team through robust invoice, accrual, and chargeback management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience developing, implementing, and leading marketing strategies in a large organization
  • Experience managing a team
  • Ability to interact effectively with external and internal contacts and team members
  • Expertise in written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and French (Quebec)
  • Experience working in Customer Services or Aftermarket business
  • Change management experience
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Advanced budget management and reporting skills
  • Solid leadership skills and ability to work in an extended team across business functions/units
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable coaching, advising, and challenging members of senior management
