At Bombardier, we're seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Strategist to lead our team in developing and executing a customer-centric marketing strategy that drives business growth worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support the growth of Bombardier's business aircraft worldwide.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a world-class customer experience that strengthens the Bombardier Business brand, improves market perception, and drives new and repeat business.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns that incorporate strong analytical measurement capabilities and support the growth and promotion of Bombardier.
  • Lead the governance of major marketing projects through rigorous project management and regular meetings with management levels of the Marketing and Sales organizations.
  • Implement a tracking and reporting strategy to analyze campaign performance.
  • Support Bombardier revenue objectives through the execution of marketing strategies to drive lead generation activities.
  • Develop strong relationships with Bombardier executives and other key stakeholders within the organization.
  • Evaluate campaign analytics to analyze KPIs, identify end-user patterns, and make recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage the budget for the Regional Marketing team through robust invoice, accrual, and chargeback management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience developing, implementing, and leading marketing strategies in a large organization.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Ability to interact effectively with external and internal contacts and team members.
  • Expertise in written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English and French (Quebec).
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and stressful environment.
  • Strong Project Management skills.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Advanced budget management and reporting skills.
  • Solid leadership skills and ability to work in an extended team across business functions/units.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable coaching, advising, and challenging members of senior management.
