  • Review animation work to ensure best practices and workflows are maintained.
  • Stay updated with the latest animation tools, technologies, and industry trends, providing technical solutions and support to the animation team as needed.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience working on AAA games with narrative content like cinematics or scripted events.
  • Expertise in animation software such as Maya, Motion Builder, or similar tools.
  • Performance capture polish and keyframe proficiency.
  • Broad understanding of technical workflows.
