About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our Commercial team in the Atlantic region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a designated portfolio of Commercial clients with a focus on the Transportation segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting a designated portfolio of Commercial clients, with a focus on Transportation, to drive business retention and continually build upon customer relationships.
  • Reviewing accounts at renewal, taking vital steps in placing coverage required by the client, re-marketing when required, and adhering to binding authority set out by carriers.
  • Responding to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining a quick turnaround time for any actions required on behalf of the client.
  • Recognizing upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads, and working with Account Executives in binding the client.
  • Consistently acting to upgrade insurance market knowledge, keeping abreast of new products and policy updates.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of Commercial Mid-Market experience, preferably within a brokerage environment.
  • Experience within the Transportation segment will be considered a strong asset.
  • Licensing in good standing, CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other relevant certifications and designations are highly valued in this role.
  • Knowledge of EPIC is considered an asset.
