Job Title: Sales Director - Environmental Services

Environmental 360 Solutions is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Environmental Services division in Southern Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and fostering strong relationships with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of sales representatives, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving collective goals and surpassing expectations within the Environmental Services division.
  • Account Management: Cultivate and fortify relationships with a diverse portfolio of key accounts, proactively identifying opportunities for expansion and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing and product development teams, to ensure seamless service delivery and elevate customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to deal closure, consistently meeting or surpassing predefined sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the sales team performance.
  • Market Intelligence: Remain abreast of industry dynamics, market trends, and competitor landscapes within the Portable Toilets sector to identify and capitalize on new business prospects.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to effectively manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive individual and collective performance.
  • Sales Experience: Demonstrated proficiency in sales, ideally within the Waste Management and Environmental Services industry.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance, identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to optimize team productivity and achieve revenue targets.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
