High-Level Administrative Support Specialist

Seeking a seasoned professional to join TAG HR in Ottawa, as we partner with the Ottawa Board of Trade (OBOT) to find their next Executive Assistant to CEO. This full-time on-site role offers a unique opportunity to support OBOT's CEO, manage key projects, and drive initiatives that connect business leaders across the city.
Compensation: Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience
About the Role
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
- Organize events, such as networking meetings and award ceremonies, ensuring seamless logistics and execution.
- Track project goals, timelines, progress, and risks, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
- Create reports, presentations, and content for publications, surveys, and awards, showcasing expertise in writing and communication.
- Conduct research on business trends, preparing strategic briefs to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
- Offer logistical support and event reporting analysis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables.
