About the Role

Boston Pizza International Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team at our casual dining restaurant. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the delivery of a great Guest experience, and achieving goals and budget expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the restaurant team, overseeing both Front of House and Heart of House operations, ensuring seamless execution and excellent Guest service.
  • Develop and implement marketing, advertising, public, and community relations programs to attract Guests and enhance the restaurant's reputation.
  • Manage budgets, operating costs, and financial performance, ensuring the restaurant meets its financial targets.
  • Build relationships with team members, Guests, and the local community, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring the restaurant remains competitive and compliant.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive results and achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, Guests, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of computers, MS Word, Excel, and Point of Sale systems, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional Guest service.
