Restaurant Operations Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at KFC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

**Responsibilities**

* Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and employees
* Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including inventory management and staff scheduling
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation

**Requirements**

* 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* or equivalent experience
