About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team at GoMaterials. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving account growth, processing orders, and ensuring seamless deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and elevate customer health, quotes, and orders for your markets
  • Execute impactful account growth strategies and nurture key relationships
  • Close, grow, and cultivate new customer accounts from the start of the sales cycle
  • Process quotes and orders, exceeding customer expectations in quality and service
  • Proactively communicate with customers, addressing concerns pre, mid, or post order
  • Quarterly travel to the USA for in-person client meetings and tradeshows
  • Tackle any related tasks not listed

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of sales experience
  • Operations or supply chain management experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Bachelor's or college degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in horticulture, a plus
