Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, identifying opportunities for incremental revenue and market share growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design and Product Development, to support new product launches and optimize product offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in the apparel industry, preferably in sleepwear.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Extensive knowledge of wholesale channels, including national chains, mid-tier, and traditional department stores.
  • Established relationships with major retailers, such as Costco, Target, Nordstrom Rack, and others.
  • Experience in forecasting and planning sales budgets, with a focus on achieving corporate financial goals.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout North America.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong strategic mindset, business acumen, creativity, and negotiation skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
