We are seeking an Account Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Canada. As an Account Specialist, you will assist Account Executives, Associate Account Executives, and Brokers on assigned accounts, managing key processes that serve clients and undertaking client-facing, market-facing, and internal activities related to these processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Account Executives, Associate Account Executives, and Brokers on assigned accounts
  • Manage key processes that serve clients
  • Undertake client-facing, market-facing, and internal activities related to these processes
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English and French) is required
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills are essential
  • A Broker's license is required, or the ability to obtain one within 4 months of start date
  • Exemplary communication skills and ability to maintain rapport and open, effective communication with clients and insurers
  • Ability to manage open items and respond to client or insurer ad-hoc requests
  • Actively manages and supports the Aon 120-day renewal process
  • Understands best practices and leverages available resources
  • Understands and works in alignment with the Aon Leadership Model and its pillars of Client Value, Unmatched Teams, Innovation, Results, and Values
