Business Development Manager for Central Ontario

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Central Ontario. This role will be responsible for maximizing business potential represented by our existing and potential customers.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for navigating the Central Ontario territories efficiently, minimizing travel costs, and professionally representing the company to new and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities- Navigate the Central Ontario territories to assess and leverage customer potential
- Generate business opportunities and follow up on leads
- Maintain constant communication with customers and build relationships
- Visit existing important customers regularly to personalize the relationship
- Follow up on all existing and potential customers to maintain the customer relationship
- Build customer loyalty by generating maximum value from each opportunity
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or member of the PEO preferably or DCS in mechanical engineering minimum
- Four years of experience in a technical customer position
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software
- Negotiation skills and ability to close a sale
- Analytical mind, autonomy, sense of responsibility, and good time management
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
