Brandt is a leading player in the equipment finance industry, currently seeking a highly skilled Chief Revenue Strategist to lead our Central Division based out of Mississauga. This strategic role is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability for Brandt Finance in the Central Region, while also mentoring and developing Business Development Managers and Retail Finance Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and market share goals to ensure long-term success of Brandt Finance.
  • Provide critical feedback and insights into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Credit and Brandt Finance to manage and grow the business.
  • Develop and implement internal and external finance programs that drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with regional sales teams to identify and acquire strategic customers.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of direct equipment finance experience in senior management roles.
  • Prior finance experience is an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to travel within Ontario to develop and strengthen customer relationships.
  • A post-secondary degree in business or finance is considered an asset.

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is between $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
