We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrative Assistant to join our Civil & Infrastructure team at Pomerleau Construction. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, meeting schedules, and coordinating project resources.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively communicate with team members, trade partners, consultants, and clients to provide exceptional client service.
  • Maintain and update project documentation using our innovative internal technology systems.
  • Assist with key documentation and drafting of contract award letters.
  • Ensure accurate and timely distribution of key information.
  • Utilize your organizational skills to maintain shop drawings, RFI's, material purchase orders, change notice quotes, and project completion documents.
  • Proactively adapt to project changes and update project presentations accordingly.
  • Manage project invoicing and ensure successful transmission to our Accounts Payable team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • College Diploma in Office Administration or a combination of education and industry experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.

Additional Assets

  • Previous knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Experience working with Procore.
