Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Maintenance Managers in coordinating the team's day-to-day activities
  • Review outstanding work orders and communicate with relevant parties
  • Promptly report and communicate incident reports, damage, or any issues of concern
  • Maintain up-to-date property records and oversee maintenance item inventory
  • Place orders for parts and execute seasonal projects
  • Coordinate the preventive maintenance program and schedule routine company vehicle fleet maintenance
  • Schedule maintenance work orders, contractor services, and other departmental needs
  • Review and process all maintenance invoices
  • Develop expertise on our vacation homes and provide advice to team members on troubleshooting home-specific issues
  • Carry out occasional home inspections to maintain knowledge base
  • Respond to internal requests efficiently and provide follow-up details to other departments
  • Participate in operations training to build expertise in our luxury accommodations portfolio
  • Perform other duties as required, working collaboratively with the team to support each other

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a maintenance or construction office environment is an asset, specifically with planning, scheduling, and coordinating
  • Strong communication skills, able to give directions and relay details over the phone or on video calls
  • High-level administration skills, including tracking, organizing, reporting, and Excel
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with others to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Outgoing and friendly, with a positive and solution-focused outlook

You must be legally eligible to work in Canada. We are unable to assist you in obtaining Canadian work authorization.


The pay range for this role is:
50,000 - 52,000 CAD per year(Whistler Platinum)
