Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities, delegate tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and feedback to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
