Senior Administrative Coordinator

Job SummaryThis is a permanent full-time opportunity to work approximately 30-35 hours per week with the possibility of additional hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Planning and Control: Plan, control, and monitor budget and expenditures to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Meeting Management: Record minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences while maintaining accurate and organized records.
- Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and oversee payroll administration.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and greet people, directing them to relevant contacts or service areas.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
- Technology Proficiency: Utilize MS Excel and MS Word effectively in your role.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably with some knowledge of the transportation industry.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
