  • Cash Handling: This role involves counting and verifying cash against logs and records, overseeing petty cash, and ensuring safe and accurate deposits. The Financial Operations Coordinator must embody our commitment to excellence and trust in all financial transactions.

  • Cross-Functional Support: During peak times, the Financial Operations Coordinator will provide support to the operations floor, highlighting their adaptability and eagerness to engage directly with our dynamic environment.

  • Compliance and Accuracy: The Financial Operations Coordinator must maintain impeccable accuracy in all transactions and adhere strictly to loss prevention and compliance standards, reflecting their elevated level of responsibility and alignment with our values.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cash handling or a similar role is preferred, highlighting the candidate's capability to manage financial responsibilities with precision.

  • An initiative-taking, organized, and reliable approach, ready to meet the challenges of a demanding environment with a positive and professional attitude.

  • Strong critical thinking skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Physical ability to manage objects up to 80 lbs, reflecting their readiness to engage fully in the physical aspects of the job.

Work Schedule

The Financial Operations Coordinator's working hours will vary based on the day of the week to accommodate our dynamic entertainment schedule:

  • Monday to Wednesday: 10:00 AM to 2:00 AM

  • Thursday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 AM

  • Friday and Saturday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 AM

  • Sunday: 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM

This schedule reflects the vibrant nature of our entertainment environment. Flexibility is required, as hours may extend or vary depending on business needs and special events. This role includes shifts during weekends and holidays to ensure we meet the exciting pace of our offerings and guest services.
