We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our insurance agent team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule Appointments and Manage Client Interactions: Schedule appointments with clients, identify their needs, and provide personalized service to ensure their satisfaction.
- Process Transactions and Handle Claims: Process billing transactions, bank deposits, and handle claims in a timely and efficient manner.
- Market Insurance Products and Services: Work with our insurance agent to identify opportunities to market our products and services to clients, and provide them with tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Property & Casualty License: Possess a valid Property & Casualty license (OTL license preferred) and be able to obtain it prior to commencement of employment.
- Strong Work Ethic and Attendance Record: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and maintain a good attendance record, with punctuality being a must.
- Computer Skills and Interpersonal Abilities: Possess excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Outlook, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-Solving and Customer Service Skills: Be proactive in problem-solving and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to Multi-Task and Make Presentations: Possess the ability to multi-task and make presentations to potential customers.
