Insurance Customer Service and Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, etc.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
- Property & Casualty license or LLQP (or both), or ability to obtain.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and dedication to customer service.
- Ability to multi-task and make presentations to potential customers.
- Knowledge of insurance industry practices and regulations is a plus.
- Diploma or degree in business, finance, or related field is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are preferred, with Mandarin or Cantonese being a plus.
