Job Summary

The Customer Care Representative, Bilingual, serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing customer orders, resolving issues, and driving process improvements to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-class customer service and support via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Manage and process customer orders, including order entry, shipment tracking, and returns.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed customer service expectations.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Verify customer pricing and process special instructions for handling.
  • Research and review warehouse shipping returns with customers and sales teams to resolve issues.
  • Work with the Accounts Receivable Team to resolve order discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education degree required and minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing or order management role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience working in the medical device industry highly desired.
  • SAP experience strongly preferred.
