Insurance Customer Service Representative

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with clients? Isure, Canada's fastest-growing online insurance brokerage, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team.

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing personalized service to our clients, answering their questions, and helping them navigate their insurance policies. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. If you have a strong passion for customer service and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Answer customer questions and provide information about their insurance policies
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in insurance regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
