Job Description

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager, Fleet Health Coach to join our team. As a key member of our Last Mile operation, you will play a critical role in building new business improvement paths through monitoring and accountability mechanisms for the Canadian market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with experience in developing and leading enforcement, coaching, and proactive support for Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) to ensure compliance against Fleet Standards and Requirements for Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a Monitoring and Enforcement Plan (MEP) for Canada to ensure compliance and coach DSPs to improve performance around key metrics.
  • Design and implement reporting and communication processes for DSPs to drive performance for key Fleet Standards metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve programs, products, reporting, and experiences that lead to better safety and business outcomes.
  • Monitor key quality metrics, define and implement initiatives to drive program and process improvements.
  • Evaluate program policies and enforcement matrix.
  • Create programs and processes to drive compliance.
  • Work within time constraints and deliver results to meet critical business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Transportation Risk and Compliance, Fleet Managers, Business Coaches, and other Last Mile teams.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English and French.
  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
