Job Title: Senior Program Manager

The Senior Program Manager will lead initiatives that are complex and large-scale in nature, spanning multiple functions and/or business groups both internal and external to OH. The Senior Program Manager will develop strategy, budgets, funding proposals, and operating plans enabling the successful ongoing execution of the program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage Digital's Vendor Partner (Relationship) Management workstream
  • Evaluate how to effectively communicate and interact with a variety of stakeholders, including senior leaders, funders, executives, the board, and external government stakeholders
  • Evaluate formal change management methodologies and practices used to drive behavioral changes
  • Create performance evaluation approaches and be accountable for the successful outcomes of the program
  • Collaborate effectively within the team and provide leadership, subject matter expertise, guidance, and support to work towards a common goal
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Health Studies, Public Administration, or related field
  • Project Management or related professional designation as an asset
  • 7-10 years of overall experience in related roles with progressively increasing scale and scope of execution authority up to a leadership role
  • Experience in the health care sector and the public service, and existing relationships are preferred
