Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR peers to develop and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives.
- Provide HR operational support to ensure compliance with HR procedures and processes.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, vacation entitlement, and data validation.
- Support the hire and rehire process for hourly employees in the HRIS.
- Update systems with all employee data changes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist with preparation of announcements, job postings, and onboarding of new hires.
- Participate in all HR processes and projects as required.
